Sir:

             I find myself amongst a growing group of professional carpet cleaners are taking exception at your attempts via the aquaair system to basically pillage from us. I’ve bought my last product from Bridgepoint ever and I see a growing list of cleaners that feel exactly the same way as I do. I just wonder if you’re aware of the outrage most feel, as we see this as an attempt to market directly to OUR customers.

             I STRONGLY suggest you may wish to reconsider this ill thought out farce, as I know it will have a long and lasting effect on the business you’ve developed within the professional portion of the industry. I am personally making every effort to enlighten my fellow carpet cleaners about this, both locally and via other methods, having found most shaking their heads at this shabby treatment you heap on loyal customers. That is disgusting sir and shows either a callous regard for those that supported your company over many years or just a complete lack of forethought and judgement.
