I bought a used one, tried it, sold it. luckily got all my money back. plus $50.00. Note to Self " Rotovac not near as good as a titanium wand with Glide.

We also do a lot of commercial . Rx-20 I would say was better than rotovac.
but these days I use the titanium with a green glide and it works great.

I would totally agree with the comments from Cmaster & our board Queen, the beautiful Adwa.
 
(...."that is the only pile that the Rotovac is good for........it's next to impossible to work on commercial low pile carpet. ")

I just bought a rotr vac at a show, Got the 30 day trial. Then they sent me in the mail that said if you sent it back there would be a25 % restocking fee that would be over 400 dollers when i was buying it there was nothing said about that, getting hard to trust any body.
