 Know the areas.

If not will go out and take the s.q.

Most time at 35$ a room @ 200 s.q max it will work out to 20 to 22 a s.q.Regards Terry

Just curious Terry, what do you do when estimating a house.

Do you ask for the size of the rooms? Does the customer have to measure the room to get the cost per sq foot.

Do you measure yourself in order to give a price or do you do this by eye sight.

 What do you charge?

Here in Montreal we or i get .20 sq =35$ a room 1.50$ a stair ,10$ a lin foot for uphols extra for custion about 2$ each ,arm 35 to 40 and fabric protectoe is about 10 cents a s.q on carpets  and half the price of cleaning on uphols.
