Only you can write that one up, just mention what you will be doing at whatever intervals and the price per/month or week or whatever. Don't bother making t very comlicated with alot of legal lingo, "cause it all boils down to the customer liking or not liking your work. If he doesn't like your work he'll just tell you to take a hike, contract or no contract.

I kinda figured that one also. Its rather complicated, but it rotatesevery 6 weeks from $1500 (whole cleaning) to $500 (halls andlobby).  Not a bad deal at all really, considering that there areonly steps and 1 isle in each theater. The TM will get to every partthrough the emergency exits, and will be running dual wand the wholetime. I figure roughly 30-45 minutes per. Then another 2 hours for thehalls + 1 hr for misc = 10 hours. $100-$150/hr will work for me! Thensubract chem's, gas, (d*mn big v-8 w/ a Butler), and we anticipatepocketing little more than 1K. Not too bad for a nights work. Thanx inadvance....been following your posts for awhile now!

There is NO standad written contract for different industries.

You have to make one up according to what your customer wants and needs, and what you are ready and willing to deliever at whatever cost.

Tell me what the deal is and I can start one or give you ideas for.
