Funny thing is ...........A guy with a truckmount came to my restaurant and offered to clean 575 chairs for .25/each ( seat only )

He starts Monday night...............

No we just suggest that chairs need cleaning and we give them a bit of a discount if they will wait til Jan/Feb to do the cleaning. most will. These are our regular carpet maintenance clients and we are in the buildings on a weekly/monthly cleaning cycle. Mind you we have had some these of  accounts for over 20 years.

Cleaning chairs, good angle for slow times.  Thanks for sharing that.  Did you send out specific sales letters to your commercial customers or how did you go about approaching this with your customers?
