See Ted thats the difference.....that guy is cheap....and not smart.....I look for better value...Maybe Ted you should do the same......Get your own label...take your best chemicals and get them analyzed.....get samples made try them...if they work get it packed...You'll make a hell of a lot more than you do off the chemicals you sell now....don't only market them in your store...hit the big box stores....hit the zellers...hit the rent-alls...hit the supermarkets....

Many of my customers have switched many times and I dont' let it bother me as long term experience generally allows me to see them return. And as most know at KK we offer the less expensive brands along with more concentrated and value added brands.

The difference is if you ask me if my less expensive brands are any good I will tell you no - they are not. Incendentally we do sell some products that are ISO Certified. But as many cleaners couldn't care less about certification so be it the same for many chemical manufacturers.
