Isn't it funny how we all know what horse would win the race after the horse prances over the finish line.

We all gamble in life hoping our last decission isn't a costly one, sometimes not buying that new Ninja can turn out as bad as making the purchase in the first place.

I just came back from seeing an old customer that is offering me to take a $ 10,130 /month maintenance contract.........while most would jump at it, I'm debating that it just might cost me $ 11,000/month to service it in the long run................WHO KNOWS

I just came back from a convention.

I picked up BIG-TIME on NINE words that I overheard.

"I THOUGHT I WAS SAVING BY NOT BUYING ONE"

You can relate this sentence to:

  • Not buying the heat efficient windows
  • Keeping the old car too long
  • Keeping the old computer too long
  • Purchasing the cheaper product and dissatisfying your customers and possibly losing them
  • By keeping the old 100 PSI instead of the 300 PSI
  • By buying the cheaper machine with no heater
  • By closing your mind on a truck mount
  • By not believing in dry cleaning or encapsulation
  • Etc., etc.,

You get what I mean...

All of the above will hold back your future dreams and bigger profits.

So often I don't go to conventions because I say that I can't afford to. Upon my return I always say that I can't afford not to go.

You mind is a muscle...it needs flexing and to be kept open.

Most people out there you can learn from.
