I deal strickly with restaurants...Why, because they get dirtier faster. You do them monthly or everyother month....

I have 2 marketing strategies to cop these gigs.. One is what your father said, which works great. You can see only a handful a day..Takes more time but effective..

My other technique is a two step process.. You mail bug comm. biz a powerful sales letter by the 100's.. Your sales letter is your silent salesman...

You follow up with a call and schedule to meet the owner and show how good you are with a DEMO. on the dirtiest area... usually as you enter the restaurant....

Do you have a sales letter for comm. businesse's ???

I tried today calling resturants to land some accounts and boy it hard. Im having trouble with it. My father is a resturant owner and he says if I want to land an account I have to go to the resturant myself and give them my sales pitch in person. He even said to bring the carpet van with me and give thema demo. How do you guys go about landing the resturants, banks, doctors office,etc...
