Like Ted, I have learned long ago that alot of things in this Industry do not make sense, especially when it comes to logic and common sense. And, as a manufacturer (same for a distributor), our hands, feet and lips are sealed in every which way that becomes so unfair that it really does defy any logic.

It is hard to defend oneself and ones hard earned , and honest efforts without a few disinchanted negative individuals out there who's only goal is to inflict pain and suffering.

I realize that these same  cleaners out there have NEVER had an unhappy , unreasonable customer, or have NEVER had a call back in their career.  I understand that they are perfect in every respect. (LOL)

However, that is--unfortunately--the way it goes and hopefully the vast majority see through this pile of BS and realize the differences in the human personalities and deceptions.
