That’s right — I now take the rugs back to my shop to clean them properly. This lets me control the process, use the right equipment and solutions, and ensure thorough drying, rather than rushing the job on site.

my rugs are perfectly clean...and I vaccuum everyday in high traffic areas...and I actually use my cribiss tool.....

Yes it's true...I don't like to clean area rugs in the house.....there is more to it than just soap steam and water....most area rugs are not your everyday nylon...most are wool..with fringes...some cost in the 10 thousands...better to send it out for a much better job

I'm sorry I like to look for alternative soaps, and not named brand

But Most of all I'm sorry for all the people that are not open minded to all methods of cleaning and cleaning solution...

Don't knock it until you've tried....If you truly haven't tried it then I don't think you have the right to comment until you do
