Ask alot of questions because customers don't always tell the truth.They will tell you that it was already their when they moved in etc. For some reason they think they dont' have to pay for that stain. Might be something other than a cat. Find out what the backing is made of.<br>Good Luck...<br>]]>

After i first did the job all came out but a koolaid stain, then a few days later they were all back. Im trying to setup a time to check it out but the ladie has been very bissy.<DIV>thanks</DIV>]]>

I have heard of it but it has never happened to me. Does anyone know why it had happened and how to fix it?
