I finally tried Soil Break on a fairly nasty carpet in a steak house restaurant last night. This stuff is good and the carpet came clean. It does not seem to break up grease as fast as Enz-All or Grease Eraser but the heavy stuff in the traffic areas did come clean during extraction. I like Enz-All because you can see it breaking down heavy grease almost on contact.Evil Smile Soil Break seems to take a bit more time at cutting the stuff up.  I guess it is just a preference; in the end as both products clean with similar results.

I do a lot of restaurants and Enz-All, Grease Eraser, and Flex all work great. I am going to try Soil Break tonight. I will post my opinion of it if anyone wants it. I think the trick to restaurants is to pre-spray as hot as you can get it, rake it into the carpet and let it penetrate the grease for at least 10 minutes. Im using chemeister grease eraser and it seems to do the trick.
