We shop all of our insurance annually using 2 local brokers. For the past while each broker has come up more bells and whistles and savings and we simply go with the deal that gives us the most for the least.
Both of these brokers are great referral sources and centres of influence for both flood work and cleaning.

They are pretty good on other insurance i have with them .

Mine is about 600.00 per year. I have a voluntary damage coverage.
Which basically pays upon my admitting that I screwed up and damaged a piece of someone else's goods, couch , carpet , or what have you.///
but it has a 250 or 500.00 deductible . So I have yet to have need
it also is 1,000,000.00 Liability , which is sometimes required on the larger industrial jobs.
