I had an adjuster went as far as asking if the company I was working for was ISO 9001 cert..... Just to get rid of us....LOL..
 
he gave the homeowner a list of approved companys to call

adjusters can deny a whole claim...if they don't like the company...
 
The home owner could be sh*t out of luck if they use you instead of the insurance companys lacky..

I won't participate in the wining and dining bs. My calls come from homeowners not adjusters. I'm not a preferred.
