STEAMER</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 347<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02/May/2004 at 11:24pm<br /><br /><P>Train about cleaning first...... it's months before anyone I'm training touches the wand or the hand tool....&nbsp;&nbsp; we learn to identify first... we learn to read the customer... we learn how to work the room as I call it...the proper and easy way of moving furniture... I ask a lot of "why did I do that"</P><P>I think it's more important to get familiar with the cleaning it self and then worry about the equipment</P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.kleenkuip.com/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=153">TomR</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 347<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02/May/2004 at 5:08pm<br /><br />I think a manual is an excellent idea, and if I'd ever get that far I'd make it a digital manual for a laptop in the van.&nbsp; In fact, if I ever had a few trucks going around, I'd make almost everything digital.&nbsp; We were there with the hardfloors a few years ago but my partner woulden't budge on the laptops and we coulden't agree on the manuals.&nbsp; Thats why I am independent now.&nbsp; :D]]>
