Steamer so can the cleaner if he goes after the commercial market with a good encap cleaner [$30.00 a gallon] and the proper equipment. what does encap cost anywhere from 45 to 60 bucks a jug...

no wonder the want to make something....

Sorry Ted tried the new Roto Brite, was not impressed, plus at their dilution rates can"t see anybody switching from their present chemicals.
Kill Odour Plus may have encap capabilities but I would never use as an encap alone cleaning system.
The proof is in the pudding, as one poster said above he tried it and the carpets turned white with a powder residue, that just proves it is not a true encap chemical as we now know them to be.
The sleeping giant has missed getting into the encap chemical business, and this attempt will fail, they thought encap was just a fad that would fall flat on it's face, they are a way to late, just another follower in stead of leading the way.
