If it is it sounds like that the installer stapled it onto the steps rather than stretch it in.&nbsp; If it is a rubber backed maybe they stapled&nbsp; instead if glueing.&nbsp; I cannot go farther because I do not know the particulars.&nbsp;<IMG style="CURSOR: pointer" &#111;nclick="AddSmileyIc&#111;n'smileys/guitar.gif'" alt=Guitar src="http://www.kleenkuip.com/forum/smileys/guitar.gif" border="0">]]>
