If this building has been wet for 2 to 3 days you have no cleaning to do? Welcome to our web site. Sounds like you may be over your head before you get started.  Restoration work can no longer be taken lightly. It seems like you at this point may have the ability to extract only and that is only the start.
 
You now need measurement instruments, Air Movers, Dehumidifiers and anti microbial.  You also need to buy a blue book for pricing.  This book will indicate what you should charge in your area from A to Z in cleaning and Restoration..
 
If you do this improperly you may have one less family member and freind to buy a Christmas present for.  Water restoration can become a nightmare in the hands of an untrained person.

Okay guys, since I am still a noob, this is my first big job.

A family member owns a 20 unit apartment complex with hallways and a lobby area.  I was wondering how much do I charge for this size of a job?
 
Oh, and did I mention that a small tornado came near it and torn the roof right off.  So then it rained and all apartments are soaked.  Amazingly enuff they have put a new roof on it in less than a day since the tornado hit.  So not only do I have a good number of apartments to clean, but I am dealing with flood restoration.  So I have no idea what to charge.  Any ideas???
