IICRC Master Textile Cleaner, Master Fire & Smoke Restorer, Master Water Restorer...and still taking classes to increase my skills and Knowledge.
I was in Conneticut last month for Summerfest, and attended the WRT class taught by Dennis Klager (great instructor), It was my 8th WRT class and I was there for CEC's.
Education has enabled me to provide an unequaled level of service to my customers, which greatly increases referral and repeat business.

Doug you have been a trooper for years and I admire you for it. You also have your ASCR  certs too and there I am really jealous.

Gloria there are a few other Masters, I know Kevin Casey in Whitby is. There are many others flying below the radar.

Jackblack:  I really don't know because when I got it I didn't have the advantages cleaners have today with all the networking and boards like this. You are a Master and so will Lee be. As far as I know you guys are the only two in Ontario. This is quit an accomplishment.
