Have you guys tried the ROTOVAC for the tight residential carpets. It is very
nice to let the machine scrub away instead of my arms falling off. It also exposes
the fiber to more heat, which helps the pre spray be more active and it
helps the twist remember its' memory. Even on Olefin crappy carpets it has made my life a lot easier.

I have seen the results of my competition using the rx-20. The customers clients come to me asking me for my service. The truth is, it is hard manual labor compared to the relativly quick buck my competition makes with the rx-20. In large areas I regret not having one, in small areas the drag wand with 3 jets is fine.
