I've thought about a maintenance program where we amortize the cost of the cleanings over the year. I've beening doing the always clean program.... 15% of if cleaned every six months...

no one does...I haven't collected one of those coupons..

but then again I only started it back in september...so I'm not sure if it's going to work..

I got A $15 coupon going out this month to all repeat custys...

hopefully it'll bring the calls in for the end of Jan to the start of Feb.

no... they pay first...and maybe I should make it $75 the price of a min call??? that will cover two spot cleaning through out they year....

not a full room cleaning just a spot.

I barely broke $200 for both jobs....

anyone have any good ideas for marketing for 2008..
