Hey Chuck, did you ever fix the oil leak at the blower on the el diablo? And when you got a new thermostat did the company send it for free or did you have to pay for it? We also had a masterblend el diablo tm, bought it for our Seattle house cleaning
and soon we had problems with that.

4carpetclean I really like your video on your site. I under stand this video was made to briefly reflect your cleaning methods and is not a direct representation of your methods. I would however like to offer some constructive criticism.  In the video you say that the number one reason for returning spots is inadequate cleaning. I do believe that is mostly true, but the number one reason for spots returning is inadequate drying. I also noticed that your technician is not making dry strokes after each wet stroke. This can lead to longer dry times and soil wicking back up to the surface. Sorry for your woes, hope they resolved everything at Masterblend. I have had an El Diablo for 2 years with relatively few problems. I like it for the most part (too loud though)

I just bought an El Diablo here in san antonio nothing but problems from day 1.  Support to fix the machine is awful.

I almost bought one.. You should of demanded a full replacement with all them problems obviously some lousy mechanics around.. Dead  No High quality control..
