you can get yourself a nice cheap ninja for starters.  Focus more on vac power and at least 400 psi.  You can add heat later.  the rotovac tile heads/head will make up for the low psi on T&G.

Right now I'm just running 50 ft hoses. I've heard of people running up to 100ft and not affecting enough to notice.
 I myself just do T&G, no carpets. It does a fantastic job with my Turbo. I don't use the heat as you probably know that it would not be able to keep up doing T&G.
Others say the heater is great for carpets tho.

hey thanks for the advice... does it do a pretty good job for T&G? Is the heater pretty reliable for carpet cleaning?  Hi Trevor. I myself have the Mytee M-12. The only probs I was having with it was the auto dump. I kept fartin around with it and haven't had a problem since. Ask 10 people and you'll get 10 different answers. I myself love the thing where as others have not had much luck.
