I thought this might be a professional's response.&nbsp; I'll walk on this one.&nbsp; I can't afford to replace it.<br><br>2) Not familiar with these two products you've mentioned, but I'llcheck them out.&nbsp; I was at a IICRC course, and the instructor askedus to bring carpet samples with stains to share and practisewith.&nbsp; One guy brought the ph indicator soaked sample.&nbsp; Usinga volitile solvent first didn't do anything, but putting on anythingelse changed the colour of the stain dramatically.&nbsp; Quite funny tosee the look on the student's face when the stain all of a suddenturned dark blue for a moment.<br><br>Thanks for responding.&nbsp; OH.... and my previous question about themixing of acid rinse/anti-bac/protector:&nbsp; thanks for your answerthere too... after the course I understood your answer much better.<br><br>Later!<br><br>-Allen<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.kleenkuip.com/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=186">surroundings</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 508<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24/July/2004 at 9:50pm<br /><br />Got a couple o' challenges for y'all.&nbsp; First one's a real life situation, the second is&nbsp; just kinda fun.&nbsp; Really.<br><br>1) How would you get red wine stains out of sissel?&nbsp; Winerytasting room floor... sissel carpet about two years old... using theinterior decorator's face to agitate your favorate solution is a'given' and highly reccomended.<br><br>2) Spill some ph indicator fluid (used to test ph in fish tanks) on anold&nbsp; carpet sample (no fair using something that still has it'sprotection on it!).&nbsp; Let it sit a couple of days.&nbsp; Pretendthat you don't know what it is &amp; do your normal testing on thestain. Or if you <span style="font-weight: bold;">don't</span> test(silly goose!), then just use your normal product.&nbsp; How would youget it out? Pretend the customer is watching what you do....<br><br>Any one with a challenge? <br><br>-Allen<br>]]>
