I am just writing to say what an excellent and professional job Earl did today at our place Waterdown. He was very polite and took the time to do a complete job. Wouldn't think of it. We all learn more from the things that go wrong than from that which worked the first time. And no doubt learning by doing has a greater impact than relying on someone as an answer man.

Would you rather be the man who reads about history, writes about history or makes history? Joe's customers read, he writes while others actually give him something to write about. You may very well turn into one that he writes about, who knows?

Joe did the homework that it takes, put it into the context of carpet cleaning business owners and presented it in a way that is easy to understand and easier to impliment. We should appreciate his efforts instead of talking poorly about his outstanding efforts.
