We have always used the customers' water, and no one has ever complained or wanted a discount. It is a pain in the neck when there is no exterior hook-up for apartment cleaning. Use the custys water. I have never had a problem. Now there have been times when I have been cleaning apts and they did not have an exterior water hook up, then I wish I had a fresh water tank. My area also does not have much hard water. I also run a gallon of white vinegar through the system every 100 hours or so.
