Steamer what are you a carpet cleaning spy. Do you chance around the people that work for these companies to know who they employee what equipment they use, and do you also know their profit margin.

Your scary man and the next thing you will be telling me is what days I do the laundry and the kind of soap I am using.

It is called THE RACE TO ZERO. You bone-heads are in a race to see who can get to zero profit margin first!

Too many small guys do a crap job and people want a company name they can trust, are you joking. These big companies have such a turn around of employee's that haven't got a clue how to clean a carpet it's scary to think of the kind of work they do.

It's the small cleaner like you and me that is not willing to drop the money into advertising... Get a name and build on it.

doug's carpet cleaning might not come back, doug's carpet cleaning won't pay for new carpeting, doug's won't reclean and refund the money..who is doug????? I know sears

I"M SURE AS HELL KNOW SEARS WILL....this is how the consumer thinks like it or not

I do well over 40 calls a week, there is no room for error, if I screw up I pay ...and pay big.
