No, ADWA... they thought I was somebody else.  I didn't correctthem, but cleaned their place.  After confirming that they werehappy with the job, I left a card and promised to send them a reminderletter with a discount voucher for their next clean.

Who did they think I was?  Beats me.

"No one was avaliable on such short notice"
"I've heard that carpet protection is really expensive, but worth it.  Would you advise that I have it put on?"

and, after 6 weeks in business:

"You did our carpets last year.  I know you're always busy, but could you book us in for next week?"

So far, though, the only time I've followed up on that with asubstantial monitary increase is when I hear, "I just got your numberfrom so-and-so... she recommended I call you."
