So Bertie we should lay a bath towel down on the now dry stain, place a heavy bag of cement on it overnight and watch the towel magically absorb the stain.

Stains that are not treated well often reappears at the surface of yourcarpet. You may have thought you've cleaned the stain, but soon afteryou'll see the same making its way to the surface of your rug. Toprevent this, cover the stain with a thick cloth and weigh down withsomething heavy overnight, allowing the cloth to absorb the stain,then, clean as usual.
