I run a ninja portable. It's very common to have to park 2-3 blocks away from a customer's home. It can be a be frustrating. Outside of manhattan can be just as bad in the other boroughs.
 
And we always hope for a parking space near by. We can only hope.

Hey, I noticed you guys are in NYC. I was wondering what types of equipment you guys carry for doing all those apartments.
