Newsletters have helped me.  Also commercial cleaning programs have helped also.

With the Economy suffering this year, I was wondering what marketing ideas have been succesful for carpet cleaners out there???
 
I have had great success with direct mailing of a 4*6 reminder postcard several times a year to my established customers.  This always pays for the cost of the mailing .Cool
