Hourly rates apply here.</P><P>Figure out how many hrs it will take to do. Lets say 4hrs per night</P><P>How many employees will be on the job. Lets say you and 3 others.</P><DIV>&nbsp;Their pay and all your expenses. They need a maintenance man everyday 7 nights/week to vacuum, clean the bathrooms, offices, take out the garbage, you know what I mean . I said I did and that I would get back to them with a price, trouble is, I don't know what or how to calculate how much to charge. Any ideas to help me with that nightrider or anybody else for that fact, does anyone else here do maintenance and not just carpet cleaning]]>
