Try to remember what you are dealing with and I am sure the customer and yourself would like the urine to be completely gone.<br><br>The fact that urine gravitates to the backing and pad means that a spritz of even an effective urine eradicator will not work you need to get to the bottom of things.<br><br><a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=egEPiDVqPmk" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.kleenkuip.com/images/forum_waterClawLink.jpg" height="350" width="424" border="0" /></a><br><br>This is the only extraction tool that will come anywhere close to water, moisture and urine removal from deep-down and within. A standard wand, upholstery or stair tool is NOT THE ANSWER.<div>&nbsp;</div><div>When you need to use the shotgun approach we suggest cleaning the entire room with KK Enviro Carpet Prespray by both pre-treating followed by steam cleaning (hot water extraction).</div><div><br><img src="http://www.kleenkuip.com/images/forum_ecp.jpg" border="0" /><br><br></div>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.kleenkuip.com/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2050">aqualityassured</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6209<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 05/February/2011 at 12:55am<br /><br />Pet Stain removal from carpets.&nbsp; From a customer perspective, use vinegar.&nbsp; It has a strong smell but if you cook with vinegar or eat in salads you probably will be able to stand the smell.&nbsp; It is temporary anyway.&nbsp; <DIV></DIV><DIV></DIV><DIV></DIV><DIV></DIV>Want to clean your own pet stains?&nbsp; Here's how: ????&nbsp; Pet Urine or Pet Urine odor only.&nbsp; <DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>First, if you carpet is damp with urine,&nbsp;clean up with&nbsp;a slightly moistened cloth with water and damp the spot until as much as you can get up.&nbsp;Don't scrub, damp or blot only. &nbsp;Using microfiber cloths or towels work the best they are 10 times more absorbent.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Next apply 50% vinegar and 50% water to the residue spot.&nbsp; Let sit for at least a minute.&nbsp; Important step.&nbsp; Urine forms a larger circle underneath the padding.&nbsp; Larger than you can see.&nbsp; So when applying the solution, make sure you apply at least an inch in diameter around the old spot and saturate to the carpet.&nbsp; This ensures the spots do not come back.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Lastly follow the first step and your pet stain is gone.&nbsp; Cleaning up after pets can be troublesome but with some good advice you can have your carpets cleaned in no time.&nbsp; Hope I helped.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>]]>
