Even in small offices where maybe is a little hard to move the machine around you can do that faster than regular HWE. This is just my personal opinion. Faster, safe and gets excellents results with the right encapsulation product. If you can invest a few more dollars get the Big Boy Wheel kit as an upgrade, it's make a huge differrent. Finally if you are a one person operator get a ramp to loading an unloading the Cimex into your van, the 19" model is very heavy. Good Luck.-
