Yep most commerical work will want insurance,
bonding and worker comp along with a contract
on payment. In most cases they want 15-30 days
to pay.

Hello,
I am ordering 2500 door hangers. I am for sure this is a excellent strategy to get me residential accounts however i am wondering how do i approach the commercial accounts? For commercial accounts will i need a contract? If so does anyone know where i can get a sample contract for carpet cleaning? Thanks, looking forward to hearing from the Vets (upmost respect)
