We have the top rates in Calgary.

.50 /sq ft for contents moving

.75/sq ft for the Power-Dri system(empty or not)

.30/sq ft for empty houses

$50/rm for just TA cleaning up to 200 sq ft/room

We are in a smaller area we charge $0.30 per sq. ft. if there is any content moving $0.26 for traffic areas. commerical we do not have many large areas. .20 Cents / sq ft GTA anything under 10000 sq ft... but we drop  down to .15 anything over that ....this is just commercial cleaning...

residential most price by room... 23-25 up to 200 sqft

We are getting .24 per square Ft. in Bismarck. have been in business 23
years and probably should have been at that 10 years ago. I started
raising my prices about .02 per square foot per year and have not
regretted it one bit. actually you end up with less problems and a better
