It sounds so easy yet I find it still confusing in explaining the difference between pad and bonnet cleaning. Let me rephrase this. I find it easy but the look on my students face is non convincing even after a demo.

If it looks like a duck, smells like a duck, walks like a duck then it must be a duck.

Maybe Nordic 1 has a good suggestion or solution for change. Does pad cleaning need a new identity to get more cleaners to take it seriously and not have old preconceived past ideas.
