hi there. I have a gymnasium floor to maintain. The tile floor is brand new and currently has 8 coats of wax on it..

I am currently looking at:

Drymopping:Daily

Dampmopping:Weekly

Spray buffing:every 2 months

Stripping:annually

can anyone give me input on this?

The buliding also has a ceramic tile mezzanine that will need maintaining,along with a carpeted hall and a large room. this is a public building.

I am looking into purchasing a 2 speed swing machine to work on the hard floors.

any input is appreciated.
