I stopped using any fabric protectors when I started reading about it. They are made to stay on fabric. They stay on hot frying pans. They stay in your body too. I'm not waiting around for 20 years to read about mortality and cancer rates of carpet cleaners.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>It started coming out around '99.
