You must douse the spots with a reducing agent. The application of the reducer should exceed twice the diameter of the bleach spot. If you don't neutralize well enough you will get ringing that makes correction almost impossible.
Chemspec Browning Treatment works well.

Bummer for them. I'm not a dye expert and was wondering once the bleach bleached out the dyes in the fibers would that damage the dye lots? Preventing a dye to stay in the fibers permanently! Depending on the carpets fibre you could expect different reactions. Hello Carpet Cleaner's,

I was contacted by a frantic customer who had just spilled some (CLOROX) chlorine bleach on her new carpets. She wanted to know what can be done to  mitigate or stop (counteract) any negative effect.

I did'nt have an immediate answer with any real confidence would work. So I'm asking the question to the froum. 

Please help and share your ideals?
