Looking for some help.

I have everything to start a Carpet Cleaning Company. I live in a big city in the mid west. We just found out my wife got into a Masters program and is pregnant. I am going to start CC Business and work on it for the future of my family.

The new town has a Population of 50,000 people
Median household Income of $32,000
Median house value $100,000
Median Rent $550
*I really don't see any CC competition


I know all business are different and I know that the business is what I put into it. However, is this a good area to start a Carpet cleaning business in? Can I get 400-500 customers a year?
