I purchased a Mytee 1003 at a yard sale for a good price. The unit has been sitting for 2 years. It  is not getting any pressure to wand. The guy said the heater was the only issue when he stored it. The pressure gauge was stuck on 200 psi even this the unit unplugged. I ran the unit pressure built up and the gauge cracked and shot across the room. It turns out the pressure regulator was rusted out. Will a frozen pressure regulator stop pressure to the wand.
