Yes the teflon man was actuallly the first to arrive. He conducted himself in a very professional manor. People expected to see a guy with horns and glides for feet. I was very impressed when one of my customers approached him and said "The glide you sold me last year I am happy with but I just have a small hitch". Ken quickly and politely replaced it with an upgrade for free.

Now general motors may be able to afford call-backs but Ken you have to stop this insanity or you will go broke.

Ken I am very impressed with your new holy glides and will start promoting and selling them Monday morning.
