Any problems with pets urinating on the carpet?

A cleaning (with the heat and moisture) could have activated a pre-existing issue from pets previously urinating on the carpet.

Also what kind of neutralizer product did the cleaners use?

Hi, 

Has anyone ever experienced having a very strong  urine/chlorine-like smell coming from their carpets after a professional cleaning with neutralizer?   There was no noticable odor before, but after having neutralizer applied, the whole house smells like chlorine and urine.

Does anyone have suggestions on how to fix this?
