I have a customer who steam cleans with a portable when he is finished he offers one room pad cleaned over his steam cleaned job free for the customers approval. He then offers it as a double and more thorough cleaning and finishing process. If they like it he charges an additional 50% of the original job. Kind of like taking your car to the car wash. Yes we can get it clean but can make it even better by applying a wax at an additional charge. you right doug thats why I stick to CC.... I can duct clean... I can strip and wax... I can epoxy... I refinish Marble... I can refinish hardwood...

but if you try and do everything you become a chicken with his head chopped off...
