Carpet cleaning apartment buildings does present its hurdles, especially with hose length limitations.

Impressive that you have tackled over 75 houses and 5 commercial jobs with minimal maintenance issues. It's a testament to the Vortex Lite's reliability. Having a reliable workhorse can be worth it's weight in gold. There's nothing worse than experiencing equipment failure on the job.

Chemicals can be a bit of a science, but it's great to hear you are making strides with Procyon products.

Vortex Lite .. Disadvantages maybe working  in Apt buildings . Cant  get the hoses run , longest I have wrk is 175 feet . I have had know maintenance problems, and have cleaned over 75 houses and 5 commercial jobs . I have had 3 call backs . Still learning chemicals. But it’s coming along . Question: After using the Vortex Light for a year, is there anything you would change about it? Or, does it pretty much hit that sweet spot for your carpet cleaning business?

I have been using it for a year now .mostly residential and have had great results . I've heard of the Vortex Light but haven't done much research on it.

Different businesses have different needs, so finding the right extractor depends on your specific requirements. Have you personally tried out the Vortex Lite, or are you exploring options for your carpet cleaning setup?

Personally, I'd prefer a direct drive truckmount along with a portable machine as a backup.
