I just wanted to introduce myself.  Im new to Carpet cleaning, just started my company this month.  Found out how hard it really is and want to learn as much as I can.  Please let me know of any good places you all know of to get training.  Thanks.

Welcome aboard Phoenixcarpet

My suggestion is to take some IICRC courses and get a glide for your wand.

I'm positive about the negative...and negative about the positive.

Hi Phoenix

Welcome, you have started the right way first of all by going on to the many forums in our industry. Ask any question and you will get an answer. Don't be surprised if it gets off of the subject, that happens a lot around here.  Enjoy

Musta been some spyware. I ran ad aware and spybot. Found 18 threats. Deleted them and it seems to be working now.

Porn. All porn. Nothing but porn. What the hell am I doing here?

Seriously though, do you regularly run a spyware checker on your 'puter. If not you may be very surprised at what it will find. Try this for free www.webroot.com/services/spyaudit_03.htm.

It only takes a few minutes. I used it before I actually purchased the full program. You can also download Ad Aware Se  www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/ for free and Spybot Search and Destroy www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html. I use all three programs. They all find different spyware.

Learning through courses is a good start. Experience is also a great teacher.
