Using both Bonnet and HWE? |

Does anybody out their in carpet cleaners land use both bonnet cleaning and HWE at the same job. If so what order? I'm extracting first then bonneting to dry the carpet fast. If this wrong, tell me. I new to the biz and sure could use any advice. (AS LONG AS IT'S GOOD ADVICE) thanks MCCC |

Hi............ Mr. Steamer.....see you have a new name to keep track of............what I do is clean with a windex bottle ( low moisture ) then with a white rag or towel rub the carpet with my shoes to dry it and show the customer all the dirt I got out holding the soiled towel Nightrider |

bonnet won't make it dry much if any faster IMO
great for prescrubbing prespray
great for picking up remaining dirt on commercial carpet (post scrubbing)
I don't always do a dual method,,,only on occasion
most customers are not willing to pay for both hwe and bonnet IMO because it does take a fair bit longer |

mccc i mostly bonnet or op anyway. but if i hwe i always go over it with a pad afterward. you remove a bit more soil and it dries a bit faster. imo

I always clean in my bare feet.......that way the chemical also kills the mushrooms growing between my toes......... Nightrider |

Not if you use an acid side rinse Jack. The low pH actually helps them grow better! LOL
