I've had two people this week cancel their jobs at the last minute. Still new to this. Is this normal? If so, how do you all try to minimize it. It's frustrating since I still work a full time job while im building this business and have to set my work scedule around these jobs. Also, finished my first month. Did just over $3300 on five jobs, one was a commercial one, then 4 houses. I want to keep putting money into the business but have suffered at my other job, its straight commision. Any one else start out the same way, and how did you make it work???? Any comments will help. |
