nice advertisements onslaught, i especially like the jersey home owner stunned postcard.
I use postcards to keep customers coming back, and it works. As far as getting new customers using postcards it bombs every time. Deep down i know it's because i don't do the home work and target my postcards better.

Although it is a lot of tedius work, a website coupled with good SEO will produce the highest conversion ratio of advertising cost:revenue. Once your site is establish, you only need to write a few good articles a week to turn it into a cash machine.

SteamPro

Really like your site, looks very professional. Just wondered do you get much from your opt in box and have you tested moving it around the page?

Shall I turn the lights off on the way out of this forum?

Is the party elsewhere?

Buy a generic telemarketing book off amazon, then create your own. It will pay dividends because you will know why you say certain things and can apply it to other things when you have the knowledge. Creating your own words will make you feel more at ease when you come to do it too-and a lot of people never get to that point.

And if all else fails ask lots of Intelligent! questions.

Questions give you control, prospect information, the ability to indirectly show your authority and they build trust.

I think the best is to send a regular newsletter. There are some great services out there. Some of them are rip offs and they are trying to oversell something my 3 year old son can do. I have switched between two companies but I believe in this. This has totally increased my referrals and return clients. The most important point is that you need to personalize it and you dont want to bore the readers with tons of carpet cleaning facts. it needs to be a fun read. The best one I have found is http://newslettersmadeforyou.com/. There is a lot of creepy videos on there, but the editing technology is sweet (I have reported a few bugs but it seems like they are fixing them).  It could probably use a couple more tutorials for the first time user. Just something to pass on. I look forward to any other ideas you may have to share with me.

How about a PROFESSIONAL looking high ranking website with videos and testimonials or a website with a pay per click campaign. Val Pak is also great for print media. Personalized newsletters are also great once you have a solid base of customers. Its also nice to have an email list because its so cheap.

Internet works better for a small business. It is less costly than any other forms of advertisement.
